The Friendly Acres Neighborhood Club is the premier swim and tennis club in Greensboro. It offers affordable membership rates for both Friendly Acres neighborhood residents and non-residents alike. Conveniently located on Brassfield Road, it is accessible to neighborhoods such as Friendly Acres, Westridge Heights, Jefferson Woods, Carriage Hills, and more. With two pools, swim instruction, tennis courts, tennis instruction, a fitness room, yoga classes, playground, and clubhouse rentals, the Friendly Acres Neighborhood Club has something for everyone.
Swimming
Relax the day away at our two newly resurfaced pools. Comfortable lounge chairs provide ample seating in both full sun and shade, with umbrellaed tables creating the perfect setting to enjoy a poolside lunch or snack. Tennis
Two beautifully maintained, asphalt-based, all-weather tennis courts allow members to work on their serve, play singles or doubles, and stay in shape. Instruction is available upon request for an additional fee. Contact us for more information or to book lessons.
Fitness
Why pay additional gym dues when the Friendly Acres Neighborhood Club conveniently provides access to a fitness studio? An array of aerobic exercise equipment allows members to engage in a custom workout.
Community
Floor to ceiling windows and a full kitchen grace the 1,200 square foot clubhouse which is perfect for private meetings and parties. Our fully fenced, custom-built playground is great for play dates. Or join us for seasonal member parties such as Family Fun Day and the Holiday Wine Social. Clubhouse rentals are available for private events for an additional fee.
